Ferrovana vanadium is mainly used as an alloy additive for steelmaking. After adding ferrous vanadium to the steel, the hardness, strength, wear resistance and ductility of the steel can be significantly improved, and the cutting performance of the steel can be improved. Ferrovana vanadium is often used in the production of carbon steel, low alloy steel strength steel, high alloy steel, tool steel and cast iron.
Ferrovana vanadium is supplied in blocks or powders.
The maximum blocked ferrous vanadium must not exceed 8 kg, and the number of pieces less than 20×20mm shall not exceed 5% of the total weight.
Powdered ferrous vanadium is supplied in the order of -0.45mm, of which -0.098mm shall not exceed 30% of the total weight.
The surface and sections of the vanadium iron block and the vanadium powder do not contain obvious inclusions visible to the naked eye.
Domestic FeV50 is packaged with a net weight of 100kg per barrel, while export FeV75 is packaged with a net weight of 250kg per barrel. If the demand party has special requirements for the packaging, it can be negotiated by both the supply and demand parties.
